Isomalt Tests



Test #1 Conditions:

-3 cups Isomalt melted over medium heat to 333 degrees Fahrenheit

-Oven preheated to 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes


Test #2 Conditions:

-3 lbs Isomalt (approx. 6 cups) plus 1 tablespoon citric acid melted over medium heat to 333 degrees Fahrenheit

-Oven preheated to 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes


Test #3 Conditions:

-3 lbs Isomaly (approx. 6 cups) cooked in distilled water melted over medium heat to 333 degrees Fahrenheit

-Oven preheated to 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes

-4 drops green food coloring + 1 drop red food coloring
